North-facing spot with a very broad wind range. The Point gives the best flat-water conditions at low-to-mid tide when the sandbanks show — ideal for freestyle and blasting. The Street is the neighbouring launch on the same stretch, used when the spit is exposed on that side. As the tide rises it gets choppier but remains workable for experienced riders. Beginner windows exist when the banks are showing and conditions are light. Schools & shops: Kitesurf Kent School, Tide Watersports, Boardworx.
