From monthly pub nights to weekend beach trips, LKSA keeps the London kite community active on and off the water throughout the year. Drinks are open to everyone — existing members, active kiters, and people who just want to find out more about the sport. No membership required to come along.

Regular social events
- Monthly drinks — 1st Wednesday of each month at Shaws Booksellers, Blackfriars, from 6pm. Open to all — members, kiters, and curious newcomers alike. No BKSA or LKSA membership needed to attend.
- Quarterly Friday parties — larger social evenings held roughly four times a year. Recent events have included a spring evening in Waterloo and the Christmas party in Shoreditch.

Trips and beach days
LKSA organises informal weekend trips and beach days to UK kite spots throughout the year. These are coordinated through our community WhatsApp groups — the best way to join in is to get connected to the community.

Other activities
This section can be expanded to include beach days, BKSA-related activity, travel plans, talks, screenings, demos, and partner events. Members with ideas for activities can reach out via the contact page or the community channels.
