A strong start to the week: Monday and Tuesday both bring a gusty westerly-to-southwesterly in the low-20s kt, properly good 9–10 m days. It eases to marginal by Wednesday — big-kite territory for about an hour at best — then drops light for the rest of the week. Mon 26 Oct: A strong SSW fills in, 22–35 kt through the day. East Wittering leads, best in the late morning around 22–25 kt and seriously gusty — size down and expect hard pulls between lulls. Lancing and Hillhead are close behind. Tue 27 Oct: A strong westerly holds through the morning, 21–43 kt, then fades after about 13:00 — get there early. East Wittering is the pick, gusty into the high 30s/low 40s at times; Lancing and Greatstone also work the morning window. Wed 28 Oct: Drops to a marginal SW, 12–19 kt, with only a brief window around midday — big kite (15 m+) or foil territory for those already nearby, not worth the drive from London. Thu 29 Oct: SE and light — under 10 kt near London, nothing worth the drive. Fri 30 Oct: SSE and light again — sub-10 kt everywhere close to London. Sat 31 Oct: WNW and light, ~8 kt, with rain moving through — nothing kiteable, not worth the drive.
